Dispiace penalizzarla per la carbonatazione eccessiva, quasi certamente dovuta a una rifermentazione in bottiglia tarata male. L'idea generale però mi piace ed è originale sentire una sottile balsamicità al naso dovuta immagino al miele di fiori di timo
