Chocolate pudding and bourbon. It's rich, dessert and strong but a bit one note.

Gentle and deep, roasty and soft. I like the smooth quality.

Pretty juicy sweet and ripe. Not that thick, right down the middle.

Still pretty spicy and peppery. I think I'll up the cascade for the next batch and let this simmer a few days.

Wow, this is intense for a dunkel. Look at that color. Liquid breadcrust like a bock, even some hints of cocoa / chocolate malt. There's a bit of toasted almond, cola nut sweetness but it's mostly toasty bread.

I don't get pineapple as much as mandarin, creamy orange (like throwing banana into a smoothie) and hint of pink grapefruit. Super smooth and solid overall.

Dry and slight chicory. Nice coffee aroma. Good body for the size.

Wow, what a beauty. Heaps of oak and tannin, Jamaica hibiscus tang. A bit of cinnamon like spice too. Sweet up front but drying mineral and tannin finish. Usual Casey esophagus burn.

Nice and dry. Effervescent carb and mouthfeel. Slightly vegetal, peppery. Subtle grape character like skin, minerally, very clear.

Ngl it gets a touch diesely after five or six weeks. Gotta drink fresh!

Modern juicy IPA. Nice berry and pine character. It's between east and west but there's heaps of yeast clusters in suspension which I dislike. It's okay.

Fruity, like dried applets and cotlets, or a bit grapey. Lightly sweet. Clean otherwise

Beautiful. Bready, honey sweetness, flowering herbs. Has that lovely soft unfiltered quality.

The descriptors are pretty spot on. It's robust for the style, generously hopped and biscuity. Super clean, delicious in the matching simple mug.

Dank and stupidly drinkable. Tried side by side with the real thing and there's no way I can match their hop lots. Still a great homage with the resin, berry and citrus... and probably my best west coast.

Round 2. It's really good. I do get the pudding pop creamy moussey chocolate. The coconut sweetness is nice, not syrupy. Great barrel overall.

Oh hell yeah. Super clean for a kolsch, and grainy-sweet. Lovely resinous and floral hop character. It's off beat in a great way. I need to get some LINC malt.

Interesting that it's hazy and has a full body, but not thick at all. Kind of just the modern juicy IPA. There's a lot of depth in Mosaic and I'm this. A touch diesely but also pulpy, bright, a tiny bit grassy. Not a fan of triples but this was good.

Sweet, pulpy juice. Big OJ and mango. Soft and somewhat full, but not so thick.

Right on the verge of hop burn. Not quite as smooth as grade 10 but very good. More catty.
