Nice, but more than a little underwhelming. It says it was brewed w/red velvet sheet cake so I was expecting the flavors of chicly& cream cheese, but I’m not getting that really. I get some chocolate, quite a bit of vanilla & cake frosting.

Bananas Foster in a glass! Huge flavors of roasted malt, bananas & cinnamon (the cinnamon here is complementary to the bananas & roasted malt, not clashing) w/some vanilla & a kiss of dark chocolate. Banana really works here adding both fruit & creaminess

I love it when a brewery known for MASSIVE, adjunct-heavy, delicious stouts & sours can equally pull off clean, classic German-styles too. Thai Maibock is everything I enjoy in the style: malty, bready, peppery, floral, w/notes of honey & honeysuckle.

Picked this up @ Hardywood a few weeks ago & decided to crack it open tonight & damn, is it drinking delicious tonight! Stout flavors up front, malty & roasty up front, w/some chocolate & a hint of smoke, flowed by TONS of dark cherry, oak & some vanilla.

DDH’d w/Citra, El Dorado, Motueka, Taiheke (a hop I’ve never heard of) & Styrian Wolf (another hop I’ve never heard of). Tons of citrusy juice & hints of dankness are blended beautifully to make an outstanding TIPA. The 10% ABV is dangerously hidden.

This is the first time I’ve had this beer from AT, & I’m kicking myself for not having it earlier. Massively tropical, w/lots of orange, pineapple & mango. A hint of resinous pine in the finish, but there’s enough sweetness from the juiciness for balance.

A very nice, malty, bready lager. Smooth & satisfying, only I’m used to some spices in winter lagers & ales, such as clove, allspice, etc., or hints of stone fruit (think a little like dopplebock flavors) & I’m missing that here. Still this is very tasty.
