With a bit more tang, this would pass as a sour. Smooth and a bit too easy to drink at 10.5%. Bourbon notes are subliminal but noticeable. Light oak notes as well. Almost a fruit note.

Pretty boozy and sweet. Smooth with a very clean finish. I taste a bit of light bing cherry, then a top note of orange peel and a bit of herbaceousness. A bit heavy for me as the sweetness comes across syrupy and something to be poured over pancakes.
