Spectacular to say the least. Decadent and silky smooth with rather epic layers heavy malt glue, dark liqueur-like rum, satin, slightly bitter caramel sauce, subtle coconut oil, cigar leaf and perfectly balanced rum barreling. Sensational balance, wow!

As sour as a Kyrgios hissy fit this brew displays layers of funky yeast cake, sour Pinot noir skin with a lovely oak influence, mango coulis, dirty dishcloth funk and a faint suggestion of tamarind in the finish. Lovely brewing

Sweet, viscous carcass with a rich dark malt bill. Soft brown liquorice brine, blitzed, green banoffee pie, vanilla bean glaze and a warming cigar leaf presence. The rum barreling has imparted sugar rather than rum & oak. Excellent depth and balance.
