Incredibly toffee forward, vanilla, caramel, almost marshmallow (but a bit muted). Think it’s no-adjunct, very sweet for that but still damn tasty

This is a very good beer, strong roasty coffee and some awesome caramelly and vanilla-y barrels. Coffee has a bit too much dirt going on for me which distracts from the barrels, but expect as a non coffee drinker this might be sensitivity on my end

Base is slightly thin for the really interesting combination of port barrel underneath cinnamon forward tonka beans. It’s tasty, and am not sure thickening it up would actually add anything. Points for creativity, thanks to Silviu for this one

This is just a malty eisbock base (would also accept dopplebock here, its a little syrupy but otherwise very close to a dopplebock) with a lovely pear kiss to finish. Works nicely, I dug it.

Surprisingly, the hazelnut is the dominant flavor (I know, Horus newbie). Otherwise a nice sweet stout, surprisingly thin in body but that hazelnut is terrific
