Lemon aroma on a slightly sweeter base than I like. Well hopped that gives more citrus 🍋🍊 influence as opposed to hop bitterness. Fenceline between a proper pils and a simple IPA.

Hop Doc is drinking a 49 Mile West Coast Pilsner by Temescal Brewing at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Belmont Redwood Shores

Rips with gooseberry on opening. Glass pour gives a lovely thick head and the taste is all about a pear 🍐 note for me. Smidge of struck match reductive notes from the Nelson hops. Loose the cryo, brings nothing to the table.
