Yeow! The Nelson really overtakes the Citra but it’s soooooo creamy. Bitterness stacks up but doesn’t get too resiny or sticky. Tasty!

A lot of yardwork was completed this weekend… two new raised beds, a lot of weed-whacking, and getting the pool ready for summer. Beer me, Sara! Peach blossom, pineapple, sour peach, nectarine, a little grassy marijuana note. Pretty pretty good

Maybe a little past its prime, but still decent…. Has a more salty/carbonic acid mouthfeel that detracts from the usual ghost creaminess, but the hops are mostly on point, if a bit faded

Anytime Monkish combines Citra and Motueka it is bound to be a winner. Even without any DDH this is phenomenal, creamy and soft with a big blast of lemon lime and tangerine. 😍

I’m generally kind of hit or miss with EQ, mostly I think due to not getting it super fresh, but damn if this one isn’t killer. So many different flavors mashed together for a Fruit salad IPA bomb. Really good

Single hopped with Simcoe, very interesting profile which brings floral, mango, & passionfruit notes together with a touch of Vienna malt & the signature dank/pine bitter finish. I like that it melds old school and new in a fresh new take on a classic hop

Split this into 3 sittings, initially very boozy… in the fridge for 3 days with the cap back on it mellowed a lot, day 7 is fantastic. Flat but brings big vanilla and chocolate notes that are way better than full carbed version, and much smoother.

There’s a lot going on with this one, I can pick out Galaxy and Citra notes: tropical/stone fruit/citrus; but there are also complex herbal notes & it finishes super dry, unlike the juiciest Monk brews. I feel like this is a genre to explore further…

Citrus, bright orange, orange candy, blueberry, a little stone fruit, some dank aromatics, & a thick, bitter finish. Absolutely fantastic. Enjoyed it more than PTY to be honest.

Brings all the floral, melon, citrus, & fruity notes that you’d expect from this hop combo, with a smooth & slightly sweet body that finishes with a little tart citrus & bitter grapefruit peel. Hands down my favorite Ghost Town beer to date. Canned 3/18

Not as aromatic as some previous batches, dank/weed/grassy, followed by a lovely juicy, stone fruit/sweet citrus middle note, finishing very dry with some piney bitterness that stacks up over time. Separating the beer from the event provides balance 😉

Damn, this is really good! Tastes like orange candy, maybe a little fruit punch as well, finishes dry-ish with a medium piney bitterness but no tongue coating resin. Exceptional!
