Hop Doc is drinking a Kaleidoscope by Flux Brewing Company at The Homestead Think Tank
All lemon with a little cherry for colour. Not sour, just tart and acidic from the fruit acids. Decent for what it is.
Hop Doc is drinking a Jelly Paradise by Bellwoods Brewery at The Homestead Think Tank
Not sour just tart. Gamay is well proportioned but it's all way too sweet. Pours still. Oat addition is extraneous and serves no purpose here. About average for the style.
Hop Doc is drinking a Rose Tattoo by Flux Brewing Company at The Homestead Think Tank
Bitter , murky, astringent and boozy. Yikes

Hop Doc is drinking a Bring Your Own Seltzer - Mango & Lychee by Kensington Brewing Company at The Homestead Think Tank
Lychee is potent. Light mango. Super clear, no colour, sparkling. Pretty tasty for a seltzer.
Hop Doc is drinking a Fire by Ganaraska Brewing at The Homestead Think Tank
Tart and vinous. Touch of dark fruit, petrochor, dill, cedar. Very smooth and spritely carbonation. Brewer has their process down cold.
Hop Doc is drinking a Wind by Ganaraska Brewing at The Homestead Think Tank
Lovely. Big lemon, straw and earth. Dry and prickling. Well crafted series and this was my top pick of the 6 barrel aged /wild ales.
Hop Doc is drinking a Foamers Lime by Fair State Brewing Cooperative at The Homestead Think Tank
Hop Doc is drinking an Ace of Spades by Quayle's Brewery at The Homestead Think Tank
Very solid Belgian quadruple. Fig, date, touch of banana and yeasty esters. Well carbonated, dry and fruity. Great tubber 💦💦💦.

Hop Doc is drinking a Puff by Willibald Farm Brewery at The Homestead Think Tank
Hop Doc is drinking a Beams by Sonnen Hill Brewing at The Homestead Think Tank
Nugget and Simcoe hops shine. Moderately bitter. Nice to have a pale ale that steers toward a classic ingredient list as opposed to a tropical, oat dump of a beer.
Hop Doc is drinking a Coco Beware by Mascot Brewery at The Homestead Think Tank
A delicious stout. Rich and chocolate laden without being sweet. Great mouth feel and super easy drinking for 8 percent. A lovely value buy 😊😁😊
Hop Doc is drinking a Perrin Reserve (2023) by Perrin Brewing Co.® at The Homestead Think Tank
Big boy pants beer! Molten chocolate and caramel. Big tannin structure that carries the deeply roasted malts. Char is bold. A touch sweet . More than ample, soft bourbon waves. 4.4
Hop Doc is drinking a Panoptic by Speciation Artisan Ales at The Homestead Think Tank
Bright blueberry 🫐🫐🫐 with a potent cinnamon. And vanilla delivery. Nice balance of tart and sour. Cocoa brings nothing to the table here so ditch it. Bright pink in colour. Spritzy.
Hop Doc is drinking a Stone 27th Anniversary Lemon Shark Double IPA by Stone Brewing at The Homestead Think Tank
Certainly does not drink like and almost 10% beer! Silky malts as per Stone approach to beer (bravo). Tangerine 🍊🍊🍊 notes. Moderate bitterness. Not a fan of Phantasm hop syrup . Overall a very nice tubber 💦💦💦
Hop Doc is drinking a Tangelo Dream by Ludington Bay Brewing Co. at The Homestead Think Tank
A flavourful offering where tangelo is prominent . Citrus charged. Why add artificial colours??. Tubber 💦💦💦
Hop Doc is drinking a Green To Green - Batch #37 by Mast Landing Brewing Co. at The Homestead Think Tank
Fruity character edges toward tropical and slightly dank. Quite pleasant. Not over dry with no powdery bite. Bright orange colour. Tight head of foam.
Nita generally makes sub par beer but this one is fairly accurate. Bone dry. Grapefruit pith bitterness. Clear. Well carbonated. Nice head retention. Tubber 💦💦💧
