My Lucky Day! A "lucky" beer day! Another terrific beer! From my local brewery. This is a marvellous IPA made with Kentish "Ernest" hops. There's actually bubblegum notes in this too and hints of blackcurrant and raspberry. So good I had to have another.

Absolutely terrific witbier! I do like Lost and Grounded, great brewers! All you would expect from a witbier but with added hops. But! This really works! Unlike some "fusion" beers that end up being neither one thing or the other. Fantastically refreshing

Not great to be honest. It's very mild indeed. No body to speak of, rather thin actually. There's roasted malts but even they take their time to come through. It's easy drinking but in the end it's a little unsatisfying.

Weirdly, I don't get big chocolate/coffee flavours as one might expect from a stout. Instead. Massive berry flavours. Blackberry, blackcurrant, raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, loganberry..... whatever. An underlying dark chocolate base does exist. Nice!

Had a drink! Glass of water. 😀 Then this. Cost 20% more than the Vocation brew I had just now. Is it 20% better. Not by any measure as far as I can tell! Added depth surely, due to the extra abv undoubtedly but taste? Flavours? No. Get me more Vocation.

Phew! Dry as f..k! This is a desert beer for sure! I'd have another but I'd need a drink first! Good though. Very good. A little surprised at the underwhelming scores this has garnered. Citrus & nectarine from the hops. Bitter, fruity, pithy, zesty. Nice
