Aged over 11 years, bottled 2-18-13. A hint of smokiness but it's mostly gone. Malty and slightly sweet, with a little roasted malt bitterness. Slightly boozy surprisingly, but this held up well for the age.

Bottled 2012. Smoke is mostly diminished after all these years, but still present. Malty and a little bit of sourness. Bourbon is largely attenuated, but with some left in the finish.

Bottled 10-9-12, so aged 11.5 years. Fruity and a little tart. Somewhat funky too. Maybe not supposed to be like this, but it works well. Lots of carbonation. A lot of complexity too. Very smooth despite being 10%.

Bottled 4.9.12, aged over 12 years. Not sure what style this is supposed to be (QR code link on bottle is no longer valid) but it seems like a Brett IPA. Fairly dry, slightly sweet and fruity, rather funky, and a little bitterness. Lots of carbonation.

The peat has diminished a bit from aging, but it's still very good. Lots of oak flavor remains. Extremely smooth. Malty and a bit sweet.

Aged 10 years. Quite roasty, with plenty of dark chocolate. Not getting much barrel flavor anymore, but it's very smooth and has no off flavors. Malty with a hint of molasses like sweetness.
