Subtle toasted bread aroma is nice. Body is unfortunately a bit thin, although the same light toasted bread note, a bit of caramel sweetness. All around nice, if not too thin.

As Emily put it: exactly what it says it is. A whiff of tart green apple in the aroma. The body is a cider, through & through. Tart green apple, sweetened up, & dried out in the finish. Very nice.

Very subtle over ripe peach aroma is nice, if there was more of it. The body is medium feel, with peach & ester notes shining through a nice sweet bread body underneath those fruitier notes. There is a hint of a boozy note, but still doesn’t belie the 10%
