Heavy rum taste. Sour/acidic, nice tannins, some sherbet feel and got tangy twang to end with. The rum taste is not subtle, so will need to be a fan. Works well for me.

Smooth, mediumish, and a sherbet feel to it. Good tannins. Slight bitterness/astringent and smokiness. Feels a bit drier the more I drink it. Is a bit of a cask feel to it. Maybe rum cask?

Pours a still brownish orange. Rich aroma of fermenting apples with a bit of yeast and farmyard funk. Quite clean up front, before apple skin and a bit of tartness towards the end. Consistency of apple juice but rich and very dry. Proper scrumpy. OK.
