A beer modeled after cherry cheesecake, we took a traditional Gose base with salt and coriander and used 1.5 pounds per gallon of sweet cherries, plus vanilla and lactose to achieve a lovely balance between sweet and sour. An addition of oats in addition to wheat promote a fuller mouthfeel while the finish is tart and clean. With a deep red body and pink tinged head, it looks as good as it tastes. For this IPA, we experimented with two new school hops known for their tropical, fruity qualities: Sabro, a new American breed cross-pollinated with a Neomexicanus hop native to New Mexico, and Motueka, a New Zealand variety. We loaded this beer up with a generous whirlpool addition and an even bigger dryhop addition, for a total of nearly 4.5 pounds per BBL. We get sweet pineapple and orange marmalade with hints of lime, and creamy coconut overtones which intensify with warmth. A soft mouthfeel from flaked oats and malted wheat balance the citrus and spice flavors on the palate. Read Less

Light and fresh at 6.3% ABV, this beer features a boatload of Nelson Sauvin hops paired with Hallertau Blanc, Citra and Azacca. Whirlpool hopped to 35 IBU, then double dry hopped, it clears 4 pounds per bbl in total. We get a nose of grapefruit, honeydew melon, honeysuckle, and lime, while flavors of gooseberry, citrus, and lemongrass hit on the palate. A base consisting of malted wheat and oats keeps the mouthfeel soft and light. Celebrate better times ahead with us! Read Less
