Not sure I get clover and dandelion, but a definite floral note along with pepper and clove spice, earthy characteristics and a lime citrus note. Surprisingly full bodied, hazy amber. Lovely soft head. Springtime it is.

Cloudy amber. Pours little head, effervescing large then small bubbles. Creamy mouthfeel. Juniper, toasted malt, peach, banana, and nutty notes. Rye spiciness as it opens. Trace of figs? Song of Finland on my lips. Bravo, Matt! Another winner from TC!

Delicate grape notes atop the base mead. Reminds me of a Sauvignon blanc with some citrus as well as grape. Floral notes as it warms a bit. Thanks for the sample, Matt!
