Time to finish holiday beers now that it’s well into spring. This pours a nice amber with aromas of malt, brown sugar & spice. Tastes of molasses, brown sugar, cherry, cinnamon & nutmeg with a touch of maple as this warms. A well done winter warmer.

Happy 9th anniversary, BBC, whenever that was. Quite smooth, a touch malty with bread & honey notes if you look for them, though they’re easier to find as this approaches room temperature. Overall, I wanted a more malty, toasty & bready profile.
