I fucking LOVE the recent trend of using IPA hops in lagers and pilsners. This is a great lager - it's floral, pale, and cryo-hoppy (although I don't think there's actually cryo hops in it?). I'm glad to have tried this year's Pink Boots hop blend!

I'm hesitatant to rate micro IPAs because they're inevitably not very full-bodied. But this one was quite nice! Still pretty hazy and flavorful. A good choice for the afternoon.

This was a really nice and modern NEIPA. Cannabis-forward hops, full-bodied, a little acidic but not overly so. I'm quite impressed!

Delicious! 100% mosaic hops, full-bodied, quite smooth. The best HB beer I've had yet. I'm happy to have landed a cozy and welcoming Air BNB in Nanton for a couple nights, in the loft space above this cafe 😁
