All'assaggio gli aromi della birra ricordano la frutta caramellata, uva passa, ciliegie e mirtilli sotto spirito, leggera speziatura derivante dal particolare ceppo di lievito utilizzato, e ancora note di frutti di bosco maturi e sentori di legno tostato e vinacce di uva rossa. Il gusto evidenzia un importante spessore derivante dall'affinamento in legno di rovere, con una leggera ma pur presente acidità e un leggero ma evidente amaro che rende la birra particolarmente pulita. Al naso, note fragranti e floreali donate dal luppolo in fiore, ben bilanciate da delicati aromi erbacei e di cereali. L'utilizzo esclusivo di malto d'orzo emerge al primo sorso, insieme a sentori di miele, che contribuiscono a definire la sua identità.
La spillatura senza aggiunta di CO2 la rende morbida in bocca e particolarmente scorrevole.
Birra Lager ben bilanciata e pulita, di grande soddisfazione ed incredibile equilibrio. Read Less

e la buccia d’arancia, dosate con cura ed equilibrio.
Il tenore alcolico è ben sostenuto e bilanciato da un corpo robusto e strutturato, che la rendono perfetta per scaldare gli animi e ravvivare l’atmosfera
e le tavole durante i mesi invernali, dall'antipasto no al dolce.
Una birra complessa, ma sorprendentemente morbida,
