This was pretty tasty. Lovely cinnamon maple nose. The sip followed through with smooth maple up front w mild but clean cinnamon in the finish. Cinnamon doesn’t build or go sharp. Mild sweetness from bourbon barrel balances everything nicely. Good stuff.
