DMC Brew is drinking an Undone by Culling at Edison Tex Mex Deli
LCI. One of the less successful meads from this past glorious evening of popping meads. The nuts dried this out and created a lot of astringency that was only partially offset by the blueberry and pretty much wiped out all else. Palatable but very eh. 3.7

LCI. This was very good. Very balanced, between the spicy black currant, the blackberry tart fruit notes, the slightly sweet vanilla, and the light smoke and caramel / toffee notes from the maple. A good deal going on in this melomel, all of it good. 4.5

LCI. Pretty tasty and really liked the black berry and vanilla combo in particular. Coconut went dry in spots initially but got better as this warmed up. Very accessible melomel at the ABV, but overall, a touch too sweet for me. 4.25

LCI. Seems like there was a lot going on with this mead, which unfortunately was to the detriment of the overall mix. Passionfruit was pretty nice, banana was a little light, and the honey was lost in what became a boozy mead at its finish. 3.6
