XPA

XPAs, or Extra Pale Ales, are thirst quenching and refreshing above all else. That is one of the big reasons why we love them and why we (somewhat selfishly) brew them. But don’t let the brilliant clarity, straw gold color, or light body fool you- these beers are brimming with flavor. Notes of dried apricot, fresh picked guava, and passion fruit are brightened by a splash of lemon/lime and lent depth by a subtle herbaceous diesel character. A light snap of sneaky bitterness and a touch of minerality provide a tantalizing counterpoint to a malt presence that has surprising depth. It is nuanced and effervescent, but also satisfying and infinitely drinkable. Get some soon or we might just drink it all up ourselves. Show Less
