Stoned Love

Stone fruits blend wonderfully with our wild foraged propritary strain of brettanomyces. After tasting through our barrel stock we chose two barrels, both were single strain brett saisons which held juicy flavors of peach and mild funk. We then chose nectarines and locally grown apricots from Hoch orchard in Winona for a secondary fermentation. We bottle conditioned this tart, dry fruity saison for 5 months.
