This does pack a lot of flavor into the mead. Big black currant up front w a lot of maple in the finish. Very sweet though and just seems way less refined that some of the other melomels we have had tonight. Not bad just a bit rough around the edges.

LCI. It was pretty outstanding, though paled a bit with the mead talent from this share. Maple was super sweet and slightly overwhelmed the vanilla initially. The blackberry notes were very nice, and this came together far better as it warmed up. 4.45
