Great clean and crisp and hoppy Belgian wit. Very well attenuated beer with little residual sweetness. Has some American hop character with moderate citrus notes. Very clean yeast profile, only a touch of witbier flavors. Drinks like a clean Am. Wheat.

The "Rakau" version...really great stone fruit flavors. Starts out like a peach wheat and finishes like an IPA. Well done Indyhop Brewing!

Intense aroma, a well rounded flavor but seems to feature the rakau hop stone fruit characteristics. Needs more belgian yeast phenolics.

5 of my own beers this year. Slight banana with green apple - but alas is dominated by skunk... wish it would have turned out better...
Crisp, light, and citrus on the nose. Flavor is hop oil, apple, and dankness.
