I really wish these Prairie saison weren’t so expensive - because they sooo good with age. Wet grout, black pepper, honey and wet hay aromas. It’s even more epic than Dupont. Citrus, pepper, crisp and a bit of bite. Not oxidized or flabby. 🙌🏻 Feb 2015.
