I’ve had this in the fridge for a bit (can date of 11/26/21). Oops; a bit of sludge. But, IMO this has aged just fine - profile brings a big roasty coffee flavour… very dominant! My palate also picks up notes of burnt cocoa, & an earthy/woody character.
