Enjoyed a little more than regular w/o Brett. This keeps its fruit-first palate, with funk that now hints a little more at Kombucha or cold tea. Tight white foam and still lemon tea-colored murk. Happy Saison Day '24 😉

If I have to... darker malt tinges like medium roast and brown biscuits, with a sleek, hoppy finish after every sip. There's a touch of dark chocolate in there too but it's just great, contemplative bier.
