If I have to... darker malt tinges like medium roast and brown biscuits, with a sleek, hoppy finish after every sip. There's a touch of dark chocolate in there too but it's just great, contemplative bier.

Hazy yellow appearance and mousse-y head retention. Palate is muted orange peel and grapefruit rind. Whatever hops are in here, they flop pretty hard. Abv still shows, and mouthfeel remains plush and soft.
