I really dig this one! Light, easy drinking and well-hidden 7%. Super clean ferment, biscuity malt. Hop profile is Trix/Fruity Pebbles fruit cereal with a pineapple and lemon dominance. Bitterness is fairly mild and easily approachable.

Surprised by the high avg on this. It's both saccharine sweet and has a ton of astringent bitterness. Might be a bit because it's still uber fresh and green, but out of the gate it's not doing it for me.

I didn't think I really dug this at the start, seemed a bit thin and too sweet, but as it warmed up the citrus-forward hop profile really stood out. Very juicy, albeit a bit sweet. Mandarin orange, grapefruit pith, and candied mango.

Damn this is delicious! Smooth, pillowy mouthfeel, low brix and super easy drinking. The Rikawa is putting in work here, hop profile is juicy af. Mandarin orange pith, pineapple, candied mango, quince jelly and green peppercorn. Myrcene lingers on finish.
