Trumped the Hop Federation from last week as the stand out Red IPA. Better in appearance than the others and taste. Lasting freshness.

Jabroni training. Round of wheats. Just going to check this one in. Had the most flavour, big coriander and orange. Must be nice and fresh!

Big sour aroma. Tastes really nice too, good level of sour but still balanced.

Slime: Some nice fruitiness to it but didn't impress much after following the Superconductor. Hard act to follow for an XPA.
Slime: Thought this might have been a bit old. Other time I tried it fresh on tap it was huge on the hops. This time pretty subdued.

Slime is drinking a Timmermans Pumpkin Lambicus by Brewery John Martin & Brewery Timmermans at brougham street
Literally sweet and sour. Quite a nice little beer. Pumpkin sweetness and spice followed by a bit of tang. Low ABV.

I don't think you could give someone a drink that looks like this and expect them to drink it, but Ben just did, hah. So much sediment.

Slime: Nice though. Picked up on the lambic aspect and wondered if it had fruit in it causing so much sediment. Turned out it was pumpkin.

Slime: This looked seriously WEIRD. I will be interested to see how yours is. I had this on tap in San Fran and it was completely sediment free.

Another splurge for the Jabronis. Great sour beer. Wish it wasn't so expensive, but I guess that makes it a treat!
