Probably should have saved this for the Kentucky Derby. What complex flavors nice warmth on the tongue like drinking bourbon. Roasted, gorgeously dark with slight boozy wings. Maybe retire in KY of beers are this good.

Incredibly aromatic, cinnamon, booze, and burnt sugar. The flavor is robust and lingers on the back of the tongue. Hardywood hit this one out of the park. I had forgotten it in the back of the refrigerator. A nice sippin’ beer.

Odd beer spicy and hot followed by the cool beer as it flows down the throat. Dark yet no aroma and no coffee taste the hot spiciness is overpowering. Definitely need to drink with food.

Yes a vintage 2012 beer. Risked buying this bottle a couple weeks ago. Likely my first Calvados Cask. Poring, it has a nice boozy aroma. Rather smooth taste, definitely boozy at 11.5%, sweet, no carbonation, and hints of apple and sweetness. Cost ~ $10.
