Backlog. Flowery and foresty traditional gose aroma with a whiff of booze. Medium body, dryish and mouth-puckeringly sour mouthfeel. Intense salty gose and forest vibes in the flavor, somewhat distinct gin also. Bit messy and boozy.

Backlog. Initially smelled really rancid, normalized in a moment. Very fruity citruses in the aroma with subdued stone fruits. Medium body, bit dry and mildly bitter mouthfeel. Chewy grapefruit/citrus dominant in the flavor, ripe exo fruits behind.

Very caramel malty and rye aroma with resinous pine hop whiff. Medium body, mildly sweet and very bitter mouthfeel. Very crisp caramalt flavor infused with rye, citrus and finished off with super aggressive resinous pine hops. Tasty red/amber finally.

Backlog. Not too pleasant aroma of herbal fruitiness mixed with distinct belgian yeastiness. Medium body, bit sweet and and mild bitterness in the mouthfeel. Messy concoction of herbal and earthy fruits and yeast.

Backlog. Dark maltiness, dryish coffee, licorice and faint spices in the aroma. Heavy body, bit sweet and quite bitter mouthfeel. Roast malts, chocolate, surprisingly faint coffee, quite piney bitterness in the flavor. Massive but rather balanced beer.

Backlog. Bit floral, very fruity aroma. Quite robust body, sweet and mildly bitter mouthfeel. Floral tropical fruits, bready caramel maltiness and subdued citrus. Bit messy and unnecessarily boozy. 3.6

Backlog. Sweetish tropical fruits and citrus in the aroma, faint piney hoppiness in the background. Medium-to-full body, rather sweet and medium bitter mouthfeel at best. Candied exo fruits, chewy orange and grapefruit in the flavor. Could be drier.

Backlog way back when. Wild yeasts, very distinct raspberries and faint whiff of oaky barrel. Medium body, dry and very tart mouthfeel. Loads of raspberry in the mouth-puckering flavor, some vinous and wooden notes, wild ale vibes. No apparent BA notes.

2017 batch. Roasty malts, chocolate, coffee, some boozy notes in the aroma. Robust body, sweet and bit bitter mouthfeel. Warming, vanilla bourbon booze with coffee, chocolate maltiness and vivid berry notes. 3.9

Backlog way back when. Nice cacao/chocolate in the aroma infused with slightly peaty whisky. Sufficient body, bit sweetish and mildly bitter mouthfeel. Roasty malts, liquorice, whisky and chocolate in the flavor, faint vanilla and oak follow.

Backlog. Indistinct fruits, caramel, booze, oak and sweet wine in the aroma. Pretty heavy body, sweet and mildly bitter mouthfeel. Oddball of a flavor with the Belgian base caked with boozy sweet dessert wine. Not very traditional but tasty in a way.

Backlog. Bit sweet aroma of citrus, tropical fruits. Medium-to-heavy body, sweetish and pretty bitter mouthfeel. Peach, apricot, citruses with bit earthy/strawy hop profile. 3.6-3.7

Backlog. Surprisingly restrained sweetness, vanilla, chocolate and faint spicy notes in the aroma. Medium-to-heavy body, very slight sweetness with insignificant bitterness. Again, restrained sweetness, vanilla, chocolate and distinct gingerbread spice.

Backlog way back when. Dark fruity, sweet and boozy aroma. Thick body, very sweet mouthfeel with faint bitterness. Sweet caramel maltiness, dark fruits, fairly distinct barrel booziness.

Sweet dark malty aroma with remarkably boozy notes, faint molasses and coffee. Thickish oily body, sweet mouthfeel. Dark malts continue in the flavor, caked with strong booziness, molasses. Sweetness tho bit subdued due to the barreling.

Backlog. Classic spontan aroma with very faint seabuckthorn/berry notes. Medium body, dry and acidic mouthfeel. Juicy seabuckthorn flavor also, but could be even more distinct.

Backlog. Dark, ashy and dry roasty licorice aroma. Medium body, dry mouthfeel. Ashy licorice soy sauce.

Backlog. Strong sweet and aromatic pine, grass hoppy aroma. Pretty robust body, sweet and medium hoppy mouthfeel. Malty sweetness, aggressive nelson flavor which I'm not really a fan of.

Bit boozy barrel aroma with dark cocoa, licorice, coffee. Pretty thick body, sweet mouthfeel. Flavor of molasses, roast coffee, licorice and pretty strong rum barrel. Boozy.

Backlog. Burnt coffee, malts and sugar in the aroma. Heavy bodied, roasty and even a bit bitter chocolate mouthfeel. Flavor has variety of burnt things, licorice and soy sauce. Very slow sipper and tad boozy,, hard to drink.
