Tasted yesterday at Biscuit Factory Beverage Festival. No formal notes but probably the best beer-cider hybrid I've had. Balanced and concentrated, a bit of farmhouse funk. Worth another try.

Biscuit Factory Beverage Festival. Third. "Rice lager with saffron". Mid gold, substantial whitish head. No aroma. Neutral sweetish flavour. I was told this was mimicking American macro brewery lagers and I can see the resemblance. Drinkable.
