Now I can say I've had every trillium ever. This is definitely a beast. Huge hop character but a definite booze and malt presence.

Tastes like bitter over ripe peaches. Honestly kinda surprised these hops produce such a peachy flavor.

Really starting to enjoy this batch of Barleywine. Oak is still just a touch too strong, but has smoothed and gives way to a rich maltiness

Holding up very well to aging. Probably the best base imperial stout I've brewed. Rum character is more questionable.

One of the better creature hops I've had in awhile. Nice hoppy nose, slight booze. Little lighter mouthfeel than I expected for the ABV.

Love these side project Saisons. Winey oak character is definitely evident and gives this a unique character over the base beer.
