Been awhile since I had this. Honeysuckle more evident on nose. Honey sweetness in the flavor. Not bad really.

Coffee and vanilla version of my ba stout. Much better, coffee and vanilla add so much. Heavy coffee roast in the nose, slighter vanilla.
Zane Oliver: Flavor is combo of coffee, more vanilla and sweeter barrel. Tiramisu. Coffee lingers. Vanilla and barrel up front.

First beer from my first barrel. Not bad. Nose has a solid barrel character. Front of the beer is a little rough. But finishes better.
Zane Oliver: Base could use improvement and barrel character isn't bad but not great either. Overall a fine beer. Plenty to build on for next time.

Grape drank. It's aging well. Carb holding up well. Grapes are funky and dry fruit character. Well made beer and easy drinking.

More lager life Sunday. Damn this one is tasty. So clean, soft maltiness, light floral notes and so fucking crisp and dry. This is great.

Love this idea and collaboration. Head retention is low and carb seems low. But the nose is just loads of malt. So easy drinking.
Zane Oliver: Body is pretty full and rye adds a nice spice on the finish to accompany the clean ferm profile and base malt. Very enjoyable.

Goes great with sushi. All adjuncts are quite well balanced. Tart, lightly salty, mild ginger and citrus, Smoky paprika maybe the strongest.

Very evidently a dipa. A bit sweeter and full mouthfeel. Hops almost seem to be getting faded by the malt body. Goes well with sushi making.

Harvesting some dregs for my sour brew today. This was the freshest fonta I had and goodness it's delicious. Loads of peaches.

Zane Oliver: Quite acidic and tart but pairs with the intense juicy peach character so well. These recent fruited awa beers are much fruitier.

Great carb. Really enjoy the nose. Saison yeast, malt, winey grape skins. Flavor a bit bitey and not quite as complex as I wanted.

It's a homebrew drinking kinda night. Man this beer may look a shade darker than water. But it's loaded with flavor and body. Good stuff.

All about that D O double Dry Hop. Latest haze I've brewed up. The best NEIPA I've brewed to date I think. This keg will go fast.

One of the prettiest beers I've brewed. The rapsberry and blackberries are so great. Tart, juicy sweet, and loads of flavor.

Well Carolina. You got 2 minutes. This beer is good but just weird. Almost quad like with the dark fruits, figs and raisin. Nice barrel.

Really acidic. Tart berry character, not quite juicy fruit. Noticable oak which is nice. Pretty good. Interesting.

This beer is Crystal clear. Goes great with a burrito too.

Zane Oliver: I only fine my lagers now. I used gelatin. And yeah in other styles who cares if there's slight haze. I'm with you.
