Style 267. Delightful dry cider with a tart, somewhat tannic apple base. Hints of barnyard funk, tangy crabapple and a trace of leather. Wild yeast echo the lambic style. Lightly carbonated with some sediment creating haze. Really enjoying this.

A very flavorful dry cider. Could go well with some dry or acetic fish, but is flavorful and complex enough to be appreciated alone. I'm glad I got a chance to try this.
